Set up a fair friend challenge
Choose one of the seven officially named games and agree whether the challenge uses the standard cabinet or Game of the Day. Missing or old friend scores
First confirm that both players completed the same game and mode. Check each personal final score, then reopen that game’s friends board. If one result is absent, record the time and rejoin once. Avoid repeatedly unfriending, refriending, or submitting runs because the actual sync behavior is unknown.
If the personal best updated but the friend board did not, keep both screenshots. If Game of the Day is involved, check its own board. If several parts of the game fail to load, use the Troubleshooting guide instead of treating it as a friend-only issue.
Privacy and safe sharing
Crop private chat and unrelated account information, but keep game and board context. Never share passwords, cookies, two-factor codes, recovery details, or a private-server link publicly. A friend challenge needs only the score evidence and agreed rules.
